My services include but are not limited to:

  • 2 or 3 prenatal meetings, where we can become acquainted with one another and start forming a list of preferences for everything surrounding your labor and birth. We will discuss your thoughts or concerns regarding your birth experience. We will work together on techniques for coping in labor and getting your body ready for labor. We will also create a postpartum plan for you.

  • You will have unlimited communication with me via phone, text, or email from the date you hire me and I will be on call for you 24/7 from week 37 of your pregnancy until your birth.

  • When your labor begins, I will remain in contact with you and your partner and join you whenever you are ready. I will be present during your labor continuously until your baby's birth.

  • I will remain with you postpartum 1-2 hours to help you get comfortable, fed, and hydrated, and if you plan to breastfeed, I will help to facilitate breastfeeding if your little one is ready.

  • I will make two postpartum visits with you within three weeks of your delivery. I will be able to help with breastfeeding, newborn care, light housework, cooking or food shopping, as well as discuss your birth and any thoughts or feelings that are important to you. I am all ears, heart, and hands, and nothing is too big or small.

  • I will be available via phone, text or email for as long as you need postpartum. I will also help with referrals or recommendations for any of your needs.

  • "Cerrar las Caderas" Closing of the Hips, a Mexican Traditional Medicine practice using the rebozo to close the hips and bones postpartum.

  • I also like to make myself available to help my moms who are planning to return to work in the weeks or months following their baby’s birth. We can create a plan for breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, and milk storage. Returning to work is a crucial time for some NYC moms, and we will work to make this transition as stress-free as possible.
